An Outlook user may have free/busy information in various locations. Outlook finds free/busy information based on a matching address book entry's setting. Outlook first searches the location specified in a matching Global Address List (GAL) entry, then in a matching Contact's specified Internet Free/Busy "Address" field, and lastly, at the location in "Publish at this URL" in the Free/Busy Options.
