SYMPTOMS

When you click or tab your cursor into the End User License Agreement (EULA) text after accepting or not accepting the EULA, the Next button appears to be the active button. However, when you press ENTER to continue running Setup, nothing may happen.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, press TAB, and then press ENTER.
