Print Jobs Containing Japanese Characters Cause Blue Screen Error Message

SYMPTOMS

When you print a document that contains Japanese characters to an HP 6p printer using HP's printer drivers, you may receive the following stop error message:
SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION (0xC1)

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download the latest printer driver from the following HP web site:
http://www.hp.com (http://www.hp.com)
NOTE: You can use the HP 6p printer driver included with Windows 2000.
