The Disk Cleanup Manager tool searches drives and lists temporary files, Internet cache files, and unnecessary program files that you can safely delete.

The /d switch specifies a single drive to be checked by Disk Cleanup Manager, and has the following syntax
cleanmgr /ddriveletter
where driveletter is the drive letter of the drive you want to check. For example, if you want to check only drive C, type the following command:
cleanmgr /dc
To check only drive E, type the following command:
cleanmgr /de
