SYMPTOMS

When you create a new e-mail message with stationary, inline images are not displayed.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you apply the stationary after you create the message.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use the toolbar to create the message or click New Message on the Message menu.
