When you use Outlook, you cannot print the calendars of several users on a single page unless you use a third-party product. If you use Groupcal, a third-party Visual Basic for Applications form, you can to create a local appointment folder that collates the schedules from a group of people. After you create the local calendar, you can use the viewing or printing features in Outlook to filter the data.
