OL2002: Data in To: Field Is Not Downloaded as Part of the IMAP Folder Display

When you use the Field Chooser to specify display of the To: column in the message list of an Internet Mail Access Protocol (IMAP) folder, the To: column contains no data.

To work around this behavior, create a rule:

1. In Outlook 2002, on the Tools menu, click Rules Wizard.
2. Click New, click Notify me when important messages arrive, and then click Next.
3. Click the notify link, type a message, and then click OK.
4. Click Next, until you reach the last step of the wizard.
5. Click to select the Run this rule now on messages already in the "Inbox" and the Turn on this rule check boxes.
6. Click Finish.
