On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you use Run as to run a program in Microsoft Windows Server 2003, the user who runs the program is not the user who is logged on. In this scenario, a handle leak occurs, and you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
CAUSEThis problem may occur when you set the input language to Japanese in Regional and Language Options in Control Panel. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
