SYMPTOMSWhen you send an e-mail message by using Lotus Notes to a Public folder that has a forwarding rule applied, the Exchange 2000 Server-side forwarding rule may not forward the e-mail message as expected. CAUSEThis problem may occur if the following conditions are true in the order that they are presented:
RESOLUTION A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
