SonicWALL Complete Anti-Virus program does not work after you install Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005

Symptoms

After you update your computer to Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005, the SonicWALL Complete Anti-Virus antivirus program may not be able to connect and download new virus signature updates automatically or manually.

Note The Windows XP SP2 features and components are included in Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005.

If you try to install the SonicWALL Complete Anti-Virus program, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to Create Cabinet Installer Object. Agent Service may not be running properly

Cause

This problem occurs because the SonicWALL Complete Anti-Virus program uses the MyAgtSvc agent to handle various operations. This agent is installed with no run or activation permissions specified. Because of changes in Windows XP SP2, MyAgtSvc cannot start without run or activation permissions.
