On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you open an e-mail message from your Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 mailbox, the e-mail message is not formatted correctly. The contents may appear scrambled. Or, after you send an e-mail message, you may receive a non-delivery report (NDR) that is similar to the following: CAUSEThis problem occurs when all the following conditions are true:
RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
