When you view an e-mail message in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, an incorrect font may be displayed.
This problem may occur when you view a Rich Text Format (RTF) e-mail message in Outlook 2003.
To work around this issue, configure Outlook 2003 to use Microsoft Word to view RTF e-mail messages:
- Start Outlook 2003.
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Mail Format tab, and then click to select the following check boxes:
- Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages
- Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to view Rich Text e-mail messages
- Click OK to close the Options dialog box.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
