We recommend that you do not run a service by using a service account that belongs to a different domain.

MORE INFORMATION

The tokens that are produced for NTLM authentication and for Kerberos authentication may differ depending on the domain local groups in different domains. Therefore, we recommend that you do not run a service by using an account that belongs to a domain other than the domain to which the computer belongs.
