CAUSEThis issue occurs if you try to install the 64-bit version of Exchange 2007 on a computer that has a 32-bit computer operating system. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install Exchange 2007 on a computer that has an x64-based version of Microsoft Windows. Or, if you want to install only the Exchange 2007 administration tools, or if you want only to prepare the Active Directory directory service for the installation of Exchange 2007, obtain the 32-bit version of Exchange 2007.
