Assume that you are using the Options
setting in Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access 2003 to set a default font for e-mail
messages. When you select a font, the sample of your font selection that is displayed to the left of
the Choose Font button is incorrect. A color other than the color that you selected is displayed. After you save the font color, the font color that Outlook Web Access uses in e-mail messages is also incorrect.
The following color pairs are
exchanged:
Blue and Red
Olive and Teal
Maroon and Navy
Yellow and Aqua
For
example, when you select the red color, the blue color is actually
displayed.
A supported hotfix is
available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the
problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems
that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might
receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this
problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains
this hotfix.

Prerequisites
To fix this problem, you must install this hotfix on a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 with Service Pack 2 (SP2).
Exchange Server 2003 SP2 is required because of file dependencies.

Restart requirement
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this
hotfix. However, the following services are restarted automatically when you
apply this hotfix:
