Consider the following scenario:
User user does not have sufficient rights
ErrorCode = 1112017920
This issue occurs because System Center Configuration Manager 2007 incorrectly requires you to have the Modify permission for the Package class when you create a virtual application package. However, the Modify permission should not be required to create the virtual application package.
To resolve this issue, apply the hotfix that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article 978756. Install the hotfix on all System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 site servers.
