Summary
This article describes the following improvements for Common Area Phones in Microsoft Lync 2010 Phone Edition:

If a Common Area Phone does not have a headset, the headset entry is not present in the Volume screen under Settings.

If a Common Area Phone does not have a headset, the Text Telephony (TTY) entry is not present in the Volume screen under Settings.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update.For Aastra 6721ip and Aastra 6725ip telephones:
