The "Not Specified" string is not localized in Lync Server 2010 Control Panel

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

• You deploy a localized version of a Microsoft Lync Server 2010 environment. The Lync Server 2010 environment is using one of the following language settings:

  • Simplified Chinese

  • Japanese

  • French

  • Spanish

  • German

  • Portuguese

  • Italian

  • Korean

  • Traditional Chinese

  • Irish

• You use Internet Explorer to visit a webpage to start Lync Server 2010 Control Panel. For example, you open the webpage https://localhost/cscp.

• You click the Network Configuration tab, click the Region Route tab, and then click the New button. In the New Region Route panel, you click the Add button to open the Region Link panel.

In this scenario, the Not Specified string in the Bandwidth policy column is not localized.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
