Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2008 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2008 fix release.
Symptoms
When you run a statement to determine the internal relationship between two disjointed geometry instances, the statement incorrectly returns 1 in Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
For example, the following statement returns 1 when you run the statement on two disjointed geometry instances that are named @Geom1 and @Geom2:SELECT @Geom1.STRelate (@Geom2,'T********')
