Symptoms

You have an application that uses an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) driver to connect to a SQL Server 2012 instance, to a SQL Server 2008 R2 instance or to a SQL Server 2008 instance. The application uses a query whose query plan is noncached. In this situation, you may receive the following error message:

Error: 6532, Severity: 16, State: 49.NET Framework execution was aborted by escalation policy because of out of memory.

Note The issue is more likely occur when the application references spatial data.
