When you click the Publish Internet Free/Busy button to publish free/busy information in Outlook 2010, you are not prompted to authenticate the information. Additionally, the free/busy information is not published.

After you install an add-in that uses a custom task pane in Word 2010, the ribbon does not correctly reflect the status of the document in some cases. For example, when you select some text in a document, the formatting of the text is not reflected correctly on the Home tab.

Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.

Locate and then select the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar\Internet Free/Busy

On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.

Type Force FB Publish, and then press Enter.

In the Details pane, right-click Force FB Publish, and then click Modify.

In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.

On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.

Type InetFB Publish ShowUI, and then press Enter.

In the Details pane, right-click InetFB Publish ShowUI, and then click Modify.

In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.

Exit Registry Editor.
File information
