INTRODUCTION

This article describes that a country-specific update is available in Russia in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1). This update enables you to prepare and submit a declaration for the wholesale or retail sale of alcoholic beverages.

According to the Decree of the Russian Federation Government N 815 from August 9, 2012, a declaration for the production, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages must be submitted to the government in the paper or electronic format.

The Daily journal of alcohol production turnovers is also available.

After you apply this update, specify the following parameters:

  • Alcohol production type

  • Alcohol license series, numbers, and lines

  • Kind of activity with alcohol production

  • Activity type Alcohol production manufacturers

  • Alcohol regulation authority

  • Alcohol declaration type

  • Separate divisions

  • System unit that corresponds to the volume unit of measurement, such as dal (decaliter)

  • Unit for journal

To prepare and submit the declaration, follow these steps:

  1. Run the Inventory closing process.

  2. Create the Alcohol declaration journal.

  3. Calculate the information for wholesale or retail declarations.

  4. Approve the declarations.

  5. Print or convert the documents into electronic formats.

To prepare and submit the Daily journal for retail sales, follow these steps:

  1. Create the daily journal of alcohol production turnovers.

  2. Calculate the lines for all or selected journal.

  3. Approve the journal.

  4. Print the document.

Prerequisites

You must have one of the following products installed to apply this update:

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 with cumulative update 6 (CU6) installed

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 with hotfix 2858835 installed

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this hotfix.

File information

The global version of this update has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
