Symptoms
When a LABEL enum field is used for controlling the expression, the report will work fine as expected in English country context, but when the report is run in other languages the visibility expression will fail, because the label gets translated.
Cause
The tablix hidden expression in VS design looks like this, =iif(Fields!PrintPriceAmount1.Value = Labels!@SYS5461 Or Fields!RFQUpdateType1.Value = Labels!@SYS10106,false,true)

Both enum and display value in text boxes take label which is not translated value in non-English languages.
