Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:
- 
              You sign in to a device that is running Microsoft Lync Phone Edition. The device is not connected to a computer. 
- 
              You lock the device. 
- 
              You answer an incoming call by using the device. 
In this scenario, a record of the call is missing from the call logs of the device.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install one of the following cumulative update:
