Symptoms
Assume that you start Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Narrator. When you focus on a page, Narrator reads an unhelpful URL of the form "res//ieframe.dll/." For example, when you browse to the "about:inprivate" page, Narrator reads "res//ieframe.dll/inprivate_im.htm" but not "about inprivate."
