Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You use Windows Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer 10, or Internet Explorer 11 to visit a webpage.

The webpage uses the deleteRow or deleteCell method to remove a row or a cell that was inserted by using the insertRow or insertCell method in an HTML table.

The webpage keeps repeating the previously mentioned operations.
In this scenario, the private bytes of Internet Explorer keep increasing. This may cause Internet Explorer to stop responding or to crash.

To resolve this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update.
