Error ""DistributionGroupAddress" and "AgentsByUri" must be set." when you migrate the RG service to Lync Server 2013

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

• You deploy the Response Group service (RGS) in a Microsoft Lync Server 2010 environment.

• You create a distribution group, and then you add several users to the distribution group.

• You add the distribution group to a response group.

• You try to run the Move-CsRgsConfiguration cmdlet to migrate the Response Group service to a Lync Server 2013 environment.

In this scenario, the Move-CsRgsConfiguration cmdlet fails. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
