Symptoms
When you use sys.indexes for allow_row_locks and allow_page_locks columns for indexes on memory-optimizedtables, the returned value is 1 that is incorrect. The expected value is 0 because indexes on memory-optimized tables do not allow row lock or page lock.
Resolution
The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.

Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous cumulative update. Check out the latest cumulative updates for SQL Server:
