Symptoms
Assume that the file upload field in a webpage is hidden, and the webpage was designed in Internet Explorer 5 quirks mode. You try to click an element on the webpage to show the file upload field. In this situation, the issue occurs. Additionally, after you click the element, the file upload field is displayed unexpectedly when you move mouse down. Note You expect that the hidden file upload field is displayed when you click the element without moving mouse.
