Symptoms
The World Wide Web Publishing service (W3SVC) crashes on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3 (SP3) server. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log:
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following update:
2961522 Update Rollup 7 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3
