This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the French (fr) region.

Introduction

Value-added tax (VAT) registered companies in France that trade with other European Union (EU) countries must declare the exchange of goods and services to and from France in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3. The Declaration of Trade in Goods (DEB) report is a combination of EU sales list (ESL) and the Intrastat reporting. This article explains changes in INTRCOM and SANSUINIC electronic text-file formats that are used for the DEB report. These updated formats are available if you have installed hotfix 3008741 for France (FRA).
