Symptoms
Configuration Manager clients cannot download package content from a Cloud Distribution Point if the local Distribution Point has the BranchCache feature enabled. In this scenario, errors resembling the following are logged in the ContentTransferManager.log file:
CTM job {job_guid} successfully processed download completion.
Failed to decrypt C:\Windows\ccmcache\{package_filename}

Prerequisites
To apply this hotfix, you must have Cumulative Update 2 for System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 and System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 2 installed.
Restart information
You may have to restart the server after you apply this hotfix.

This hotfix does not replace any previously released hotfix.

Workaround
To work around this issue, disable the BranchCache feature of Windows on the site server or local distribution point that is hosting the package content.
