Symptoms

Assume that you have installed the Cumulative Update 6 for Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or you are using Microsoft SQL Server 2016. When you run a query that contains a CHANGETABLE function, it may use much more CPU than before.
