Symptoms
When you configure the FTP send port to use "QUIT" as the AfterPut command in a Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 environment, the BizTalk Server FTP adapter does not send messages. Additionally, event errors that resembles the following are logged in the Application log:
