Symptoms
When you modify the EDI trading agreement in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 R2, the data is saved to the Single Sign-On (SSO) component. Then, there may be multiple calls to the SetConfigInfo method in a short interval, and you receive the following error message:

Resolution
