Symptoms
Assume that an SFTP send port is configured by having the Append If Exists transport property set to True. If a file that doesn't already exist in the target remote location on the SFTP server is sent, the send port fails and gets suspended. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
A message sent to adapter "SFTP" on send port "<SFTPSendPort>" with URI "<FilePath>" is suspended.
Error details: WinSCP.SessionRemoteException: Can't get attributes of file '<FileName>'.
No such file or directory.
Error code: 2
Error message from server: <FilePath> does not exist
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
