Summary

Some contacts may have the EWS photo string set in the presence document as escaped XML. This causes Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 to try an invalid URL for a photo download. This fix enables the Skype for Business 2016 client to read the information from escaped XML strings also. This prevents photo download failures in this scenario.
