Symptoms

Assume that you connect a computer that is running Windows 8.1 to a Bluetooth Dial-up Networking (DUN) profile. Then, the computer is disconnected from the Bluetooth device, or you disconnect the Bluetooth adapter. In this situation, some graphical user interface (GUI) elements that are related to network connections freeze on the computer.Note You have to restart the computer to recover the issue.
