Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have a Windows 8.1-based device.

You join the device to a domain.

The password synchronization feature under the OneDrive Sync settings is enabled for the device.

You switch networks on the device. For example, you switch the device between Wi-Fi and LAN networks.
In this scenario, a User Account Control (UAC) dialog box appears unexpectedly.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the November 2014 update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2.
