This article describes an update for China Mobile Hong Kong (CMHK) in Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8, and Windows RT. Before you apply this update, notice that this update has a prerequisite.
About this update
This update adds a new entry in the Access Point Name (APN) database for the CMHK operator so that users can connect with the updated connection settings.Note The Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 APN database contains information that is provided by mobile operators to enable Windows to automatically connect to their mobile broadband networks. For more information, see APN database.
How to obtain this update
Important If you install a language pack after you install this update, you must reinstall this update. Therefore, we recommend that you install any language packs that you need before you install this update. For more information, see Add language packs to Windows.

Update detail information
Prerequisites
To install this update, you must have April 2014 update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (2919355) installed in Windows 8.1. There is no prerequisite for Windows 8 to install this update.

You may have to restart the computer after you apply this update.

This update does not replace a previously released update.
