  • Opening Account entity using Dynamics for Phones results in a perpetual loading dialog under certain conditions

  • Custom icons do not display properly on sub-grids

  • A performance issue occurs when creating a marketing list for an organization in a different Dynamics region

  • Column labels overlap under certain conditions in document views when using Dynamics 365 for tablets

  • Mailboxes tied to a POP3 client encounter an infinite loop under certain conditions, causing mailbox to not processes

  • Forwarding an email with attachments over 10MB results in a timeout

  • Email addresses display in an improper format under certain conditions using Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

  • Process runs perpetually when tracking internal Contacts using the CRM App for Outlook

Unexpected Behavior

The following list details issues whose resolutions correct actions performed in Dynamics that do not work as intended.

  • Entity mappings are improperly recreated to default values on upgrading organization to later versions

  • An earlier opened document will open when a different document is accessed under certain conditions when using the SharePoint integration

  • Sequence numbers duplicate under certain conditions for Opportunity, Quote, Sales Order and Invoice Details

  • When adding a record for an entity under certain conditions, a lookup occurs instead of a quick create form in Dynamics 365 for Phones

  • Tracking an email to a newly created entity record via Dynamics 365 App for Outlook will show the subject of the email instead of the name of the entity record

  • Business Process Flow stages are able to be progressed with mandatory fields not supplied when using Dynamics 365 for Tablets

  • An "Enter a value" dialog occurs when recalculating rollup values under certain conditions

  • The Detail Amount currency is changed to another defined currency under certain conditions

  • The "More than one match found" dialog improperly displays on entity lookups when using Dynamics 365 for Outlook under certain conditions

  • Opening duplicate record check links prevent returning to the previous screen, requiring closing of the application

  • Price per unit on Products reverts to 0 on the Opportunity form under certain conditions
