執行 Windows Server 2008 R2 或 Windows 7 的電腦隨機地停止回應。在該電腦上執行的應用程式或服務無法正常運作。此外，無法使用遠端桌面連線公用程式登入該台電腦。

發生的原因

發生此問題的原因，是因為 Lsass.exe 程序、已重新導向的磁碟機緩衝子系統 (Rdbss.sys) 驅動程式和 Winsock 核心之間發生鎖死狀況。

解決方案

Hotfix 資訊

Microsoft 已提供支援的 Hotfix。但是其目的只為修正本文中所描述的問題。請只在發生本文所述問題的系統上套用這個 Hotfix。此 Hotfix 可能會接受其他測試。因此，如果此問題沒有對您造成嚴重影響，Microsoft 建議您等候下一版包含此 Hotfix 的軟體更新。

如果 Hotfix 已開放下載，此「知識庫」文件的頂端便會出現「下載 Hotfix」區段。如果沒有顯示這個區段，請連絡「Microsoft 客戶服務及支援」以取得此 Hotfix。

檔案資訊

此 Hotfix 的英文 (美國) 版會安裝具有下表中所列屬性的檔案。這些檔案的日期和時間是以 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) 表示。本機電腦上這些檔案的日期和時間，是以您當地的時間和目前的日光節約時間 (DST) 的時差來顯示。此外，當您對檔案執行特定作業時，其日期和時間可能會改變。
Windows 7 和 Windows Server 2008 R2 檔案資訊注意事項
重要 Windows 7 的 Hotfix 和 Windows Server 2008 R2 的 Hotfix 已隨附於相同套件中。但是，「Hotfix 要求」頁面上的 Hotfix 會列在各自的作業系統中。若要請求適用於其中一個作業系統或兩個作業系統的 Hotfix 套件，請選取頁面上列在「Windows 7/Windows Server 2008 R2」下方的 Hotfix。一律參照文章中的＜適用於＞一節，以判定每個 Hotfix 適用的確切作業系統。
