"Contact No. '[Contact_number]' does not exist" error message when you perform an Outlook synchronization to synchronize with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1

Assume that the Change Log Activated setting is enabled in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 with Service Pack 1 ( SP1). When you create a meeting request through a contact from Microsoft Office Outlook and then you perform an Outlook synchronization to validate an attendee in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
Contact No. '[Contact_number]' does not exist.
In this error message, the [Contact_number] placeholder represents the actual contact number for the attendee in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Hotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. We recommend that the user account in the Windows Logins window or in the Database Logins window be assigned the "SUPER" role ID. If the user account cannot be assigned the "SUPER" role ID, you must verify that the user account has the following permissions:
