SYMPTOMS

All incoming mail is not received on a computer that has Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the listener of SMTP Publishing stops randomly.
