Lync 2010 does not populate your location information automatically

SYMPTOMS

You configure the location information manually in Microsoft Lync 2010, and then log on from that location. In this situation, Lync 2010 does not populate the location information automatically that you configured.
 
Note You can find the location information in the Set Your Location drop-down list.
