This article describes the Microsoft Access 2010 issue that is fixed in the Access 2010 hotfix package that is dated December 14, 2010.


Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • Consider the following scenario:
    • You install Access Developer Extensions in Microsoft Access 2010.
    • You run Package Solution Wizard to create a deployment package in Access Developer Extensions.
    • You add a file to the package, and then you specify a subfolder for the file.
    • You complete Package Solution Wizard.

    In this scenario, you receive the following error message:

    An unexpected error has occurred.
