請試想下列狀況：
  • 您在電腦上安裝 Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) 或 Windows 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1)。
  • 重新啟動電腦完成安裝程序之前，您先安裝了幾個其他更新。或是使用 Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)，與其他更新同時安裝 Service Pack。
在這種情況下，電腦可能停止回應或重新啟動。如果電腦重新啟動，您會收到類似下列在黑色畫面上顯示的錯誤訊息：

0xC0000034

注意 如果電腦停止回應，而您重新啟動電腦，就會收到相同的錯誤訊息。

發生的原因

發生這個問題是因為 Windows 會在 Service Pack 安裝程序期間，兩度嘗試執行基本作業佇列 (Primitive Operation Queue, POQ) 中的作業。第二次嘗試執行這些作業時失敗 (因為您已經執行過此作業)。因此，Windows 會產生「0xc0000034」錯誤。

Microsoft 已對這個檔案做過病毒掃描。Microsoft 是利用發佈當日的最新病毒偵測軟體來掃描檔案，看看有沒有病毒感染。檔案會儲存在安全的伺服器上，以避免任何未經授權的更改。

檔案資訊

此 Hotfix 的全域版本會安裝具有下表所列屬性的檔案。這些檔案的日期和時間是以 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) 表示。本機電腦上這些檔案的日期和時間，是以您當地的時間和目前的日光節約時間 (DST) 的時差來顯示。此外，當您對檔案執行特定作業時，其日期和時間可能會改變。
