INTRODUCTION

With the following optional update, local and remote stations can use custom Remote Desktop Services (RDS) listeners to connect to a computer that is running Windows MultiPoint Server 2011. Apply the following update only if the following conditions are true:

  • You use a local or remote station device that uses custom RDS listeners to connect to a computer that is running Windows MultiPoint Server 2011.

  • When the device is used to log on, you want the user interface of MultiPoint Manager to dynamically update while MultiPoint Manager runs.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, install the update rollup that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
