SYMPTOMSAssume that a Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 user moves an item, and then changes the category of the item in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment. When Exchange Server synchronizes items with the Outlook for Mac 2011 client, the user occasionally receives the following error message: Error Could not synchronize record: <Message Name> to Exchange server: <Exchange Server Name> Details ChangeKey is required for this operation. Error code -19946 CAUSEThis issue occurs because the MoveItem operation in the Microsoft Exchange Web service returns an incorrect ChangeKey property of a moved item when Exchange Server synchronizes items with Outlook for Mac 2011 clients. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install the following update rollup: 2582113
