When a delegate deletes a meeting request for a meeting to which the delegate's manager was invited, the following warning may be displayed:
This warning is shown in the following figure.
If the delegate clicks OK in the warning dialog box, the meeting is deleted from the specified user's calendar. If the delegate clicks Cancel, the meeting request is not deleted. Additionally, the meeting in the specified user's calendar is not deleted.
In this same scenario, if the delegate clicks OK in the warning dialog box, an entry is also logged in the Windows application event log of the delegate's client workstation. The event contains details similar to the following example:
Note This warning only appears when a delegate deletes a meeting invitation that the delegate received on behalf of a manager. If a manager deletes a meeting request from the manager's Inbox, the manager does not receive this warning.

The tentative copy of the meeting is no longer deleted. This is a change in behavior. The same applies when a delegate deletes a meeting invitation in the manager's Inbox. The warning shown in this section is not displayed.

However, the meeting is still deleted from the manager's calendar. In this situation, the following registry data suppresses the warning:
